A. Coverage and Freight

Shipping Terms are FOB Shipping Point.

Pre-paid freight covers transportation from AAG's dock to the delivery address within the contiguous 48 states. Shipments outside the contiguous 48 states will require additional shipping charges to be agreed upon with customer prior to shipment.

B. Charges Included in Pre-Paid Freight

The following are included in pre-paid freight:

  • Delivery from shipping point to destination point.

C. Delivery Locations

Deliveries to military installations, federal facilities, and secure sites may require advance coordination, base access credentials, or scheduled delivery windows. Customer is responsible for providing complete delivery instructions, receiving hours information, and any access requirements at the time of order. Delays or accessorial charges resulting from incomplete delivery information may be billed to Customer.

D. Shipping Outside the Contiguous 48 States

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or to a freight forwarder for onward delivery outside the contiguous 48 states are not eligible for pre-paid freight. Freight for these destinations is quoted separately and paid by Customer. Contact AAG Customer Service before placing an order for these destinations.

E. Transit Times and Risk of Loss

Estimated transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to Customer upon delivery of the Products to the carrier, unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation.

Customers should note any visible damage or shortage on the carrier's delivery receipt at the time of delivery and report it to AAG within thirty (30) days as described in the Return Policy.
